Capt. Lynn is the founder and Board President of Roatan Support Effort (ROSE), an international children & family charity.

After graduating from University of Illinois with Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Kappa Phi honors, Lynn attended Miami Dade’s Community College Career Pilot program.

Later in life, Lynn trained to be a corporate consultant and trainer with Tom Crane and completed California’s Coaching program.
